Team Summary:

Vashon was ahead 34-30 at the break. Chaminade wouldn’t go away and outscored Vashon 23-16 in the third quarter. They didn’t give up and came up a little short and the four year wait for this game was worth it. They have a solid team and could be the best team in the area but not tonight.

Chaminade was down by four at the half and out scored Vashon by seven in the third quarter to be winning 53-50 after three quarters and never lost the lead in the fourth quarter. They have a solid team about six deep. They stayed in the zone most of the game and worked out for them since there is better athletes on the Vashon side. They had four people in double figuresand won the turnover and second chance points battle. They moved up to the top spot on my rankings.
