heyhey,
great season for the stl area and great coverage by you, my man…so very much appreciated! couple questions…do not take these as critiques because how could I possibly when I dont even live in same state…lol are you going to have all defense teams and defender of the year? and then as far as freshman from this year…I know its hardly possible to keep close tabs on every school much less every player…rashes weekly(sometimes his name is listed as mcdaniels) averaged over 10 points a game for a 17-8 trinity team.also grabbed over 3 boards and 2 assists a game.played varsity football and played a lot on that kick azz team.is listed on some future 150 boards…caleb love at cbc had about 8.5 points a contest along with couple boards and assists…cbc also has 6’11 frosh that played every game and made dent in box score but i don’t know his final stats…and as far as the all metro teams…just from reading and YouTube, my fav stl player this year was Leon perry, 6’6 junior from confluence…I know that school is supposedly an academic nitemare, but he put up like 25 and 15 for the year…and he likes to dunk!lol xavier womack from ritter garnered defensive poy in they conference…he will be playing at next level I have been told….keep up the good work…can’t wait til fall!

Confluence’s Leon Perry’s stats were awesome and I overlooked him. He didn’t play against any competition but he has a strong case to make the all metro team, but really look at the competition.
CBC’s Davion Bradford he is 6’11” but it was painful to watch him play and I’m sure they will work with him all summer.
CBC’s Caleb Love I really dropped the ball here, he should definitely of been on the all- freshmen team.
Ritter’s Xavier Womack is a great athlete and his stats are ok and he would of been on the all defensive team but if I had a defensive player of the year it would of been Belleville West’s EJ Liddell and he might be the best shot blocker I’ve seen in high school.
Trinity’s Rashad Weekly should of been on the all freshmen team also. I missed him completely.

davion bradford is the cbc player and looks like he got mostly clean up time minutes judging from stats…but hey, that’s off the bench and on the floor…jairus maclin at kirkwood saw some limited varsity action but had his best game last week of february against wg with 5 points…also, saw far more action on varsity football state champs squad..he is jeremy’s lil cuzn and has same running style…he will be hard to touch by junior season…my nephew was moved up to zumwalt west varsity bball squad by second half of season…saw late game action on a surprise team that won district title…not sure what to expect next year but he was only guard that was moved up…✊✌✊
