Webster Groves scored the first four and Parkway West scored the next two. Webster Groves scored the next 17 points with #13) CourtneRamey scoring eight and #11) Cam Potts scoring six of the 17 of the run to be leading 21-2 with 38.2 seconds left in the half. The two teams exchanged two points apiece to make the score Webster Groves 23-4 at the end of the first quarter. Parkway West had six turnovers and 11 points were scored off of them and Webster Groves had three turnovers and no points scored off of them. The second quarter was all runs and Webster came out ahead by four points at the end. They exchanged baskets and then West goes on a 6-0 run to make the score Webster 40-19 with 15.6 seconds left. Webster’s #11) Cam Potts hits a two to make it 42-19 at the break. Parkway West had four turnovers and seven points were scored off of them and Webster Groves had one turnover and two points were scored off of them. The second half started with the two big guys exchanging baskets Webster’s #00) Gordon and West’s #33) Yess. Then Webster went on a 5-0 run to make it Webster Groves 49-21 with 6:06 left in the third. The two big guys exchanged baskets again to keep it a 28 point spread 31-23 with 5:42 left in the third. Parkway West went on a 5-2 run to make 53-28 with 3:16 left. Webster Groves’ #00) Gordon scored the last six points of the third quarter to make it Webster Groves 59-28 after three quarters. The fourth quarter started with a runnign clock. The closest Parkway West ever got was a 29 point spread with 7:13 left in the fourth. I went back and forth and the teams emptied the benches with about 2:30 left in the game. The final score was 70-36 in Webster Groves favor. Webster Groves dominated start to finish and could of won by a lot more. Parkway West had no answer for any of their starting five. Parkway West had one turnover and two points scored off of them and Webster Groves had five turnovers and one point scored off of them.
